Holiday Granola (oh it's so damn good!)


After more than 2 years of my signature granola I had to create something new. 
Christmas time was the perfect occasion.

Tadaaa! Please welcome: crunchy holiday granola!

I thought it should be nutty, crunchy and cinnamonic. And the recipe I created turned out amazing. 
I swear, ladies, you'll love it! I am obsessed.




I already sold some bags of the granola the last weekend so I made a load more granola today. 
Still the best granola recipe ever haha. 


Here it is. You'll need:

350 grams old fashioned oats
250 grams rolled oats
70 grams almonds
25 grams pecans
50 grams halva (chopped)
10 grams raw cocoa powder
2 grams cardamom
5 grams cinnamon
a pinch of salt
80 grams maple syrup
60 grams coconut oil (melted)



Directions: 

Preheat oven to 160°C. Throw all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and mix well! Turn granola out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven. Remove it after 40 minutes and let it cool down. Store your granola in an airtight container and volià!
