Peanut butter is always a good idea!

It is healthy and filling. YUM!

The combination of fiber, healthy fats and protein in peanut butter fills you up and keeps you feel full longer. You eat less, you don't have cravings. Sure, it is not the low-calorie food, but when you watch your portions it is ok. Nancy Clark, sport nutrition guru, says that it is the top food for sport nutrition. I eat peanut butter off a spoon every day, or I add the tbs pb to my breakfast...satisfying, no cravings, no gain weight. 



oatmeal chia mixture
1 banana 
1 tbs peanut butter 
a handful blackberries 
organic cocoa nibs

Oh, and did you know that peanuts aren't nuts but legumes? ;)
