Pomegranate Blackberry Jar |
Every morning I feel like I am eating dessert, every night I can't wait for breakfast. It is my favorite meal of the day! I love fruits and granola and so I started to make these delicious jar creations. It doesn't take a long time to prepare them....I'd say practice makes perfect :)

Ingredients:
oatmeal chia mixture
50 grams blackberries
seeds of a half pomegranate
1 banana
20 grams plain yogurt of choice (I use soy yogurt)
1 kiwi or any other tropical fruit
organic cocoa nibs
Directions:
Blend pomegranate seeds (reserve a few for decoration) and banana with yogurt and water. Be sure it is not getting too smooth. First layer is the oatmeal chia mixture. Put some blackberries on this layer. Then add the pomegranate smoothie. Put kiwi, rest of the pomegranate seeds and blackberries and organic cocoa nibs on top. Voilà!
