What A Colorful Morning!


Eat a variety of colorful food to norish your body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants! 

Doesn't this look delicious? I had this for breakfast lately. It is my ultimate green smoothie and a mango-blackberry-beetroot jar. SO GOOD!

Red foods like cranberries, tomatoes, beets, pomegranate, red bell pepper, raspberries,...
Benefits: Carotenoid lycopene may reduce the risk of certain kinds of cancer.

Orange foods like carrots, oranges, cantaloupe, squash,...
Benefits: High in vitamin C, improves skin and eye health, beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A in the body.

Green foods like cumcumber, celery, spinach, kiwi, kale,...
Benefits: Lower risk of certain types of cancer, improves eye health, strengthens bones.

Purple/blue foods like blueberries, eggplant, blackberries, plums, purple cabbage,... 
Benefits: anti-aging properties, antioxidants improve brain function, may reduce risk of heart disease.
