You'll need:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flour
a pinch of salt
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 cup water
2 tbs olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200 dregrees Celsius.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes so the chia seeds have time to thicken up.
4. Spread dough on a piece of parchment paper & place
a second
piece of parchment paper on top of the first one.
5. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough as
thin as possible.
6. Remove top piece of parchment paper carefully
to avoid messing up the dough.
7. Before baking cut it into small squares like this:
8. Put it in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until
golden brown. Make sure the bread is toasted nice and crisp!
