Overnight Coconut Chia Pudding


4 tablespoons chia seeds
250 ml coconut milk
1 tsp coconut blossom syrup
100 g strawberries
rawnola (find the recipe here)
fruits, nuts and seeds you prefer

1. In a jar combine chia seeds and 200 ml of the coconut milk. 
Mix thoroughly and soak overnight in the fridge.
2. In the morning stir in
coconut blossom syrup.  
This one is amazing!
3. Throw strawberries and rest of the coconut milk in a blender.

Add water if needed. And add banana if you want it smoother. 
4. Now pour strawberry smoothie onto the chia seeds, then top it with rawnola and fruits and
nuts of choice! I used mango, mini kiwi fruit, almonds, shredded coconut and more.

This one is a similar chia pudding creation.
I topped it with my homemade granola, passion fruit and caramel cookie spread.
