Super Skin Avocado Mango Salat

Avocado Mango Salat

Zutaten
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 100 g Baby Spinat
  • 50 g Eierschwammerl 
  • 30 g getrocknete Tomaten 
  • 50 g Räuchertofu
  • Kresse
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 1 EL Balsamico Essig
  • Salz und Pfeffer
  • 1 Zitrone 
Zubereitung

 1. Avocado und Mango in kleine Stückchen schneiden. 
2. Tofu in Würfel schneiden und mit etwas Olivenöl anbraten.
3. Eierschwammerl putzen, halbieren und mit Olivenöl in einer Pfanne anbraten.
4. Getrocknete Tomaten in Streifen schneiden.
5. Baby Spinat waschen und mit Zitronensaft, Olivenöl und Balsamico anmachen. 
6. Alles Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel miteinander vermengen und mit Kresse garnieren.

Zeit: 20 2 Portionen

    Travelling with a flashlight (or torch) is common but don't let those batteries run down if the light comes on accidentally. Turn your batteries around before storing it, and then turn them around again when you get to your destination.  gap year ideas
