4 Ingredient Bliss Balls

I feel like it is always better to be over prepared when traveling. I never know if I get vegan food, so I make bliss balls or crackers and bring them on the plane. I fly to Zurich today - well, it's a 1 hour flight, I won't starve, but we will hopefully travel further afar on the next day. 

Bliss balls are the perfect snack:
- they are healthy
- they are able to be eaten with fingers
- they don't make a mess
- they keep for several hours at room temperature 

Bliss Balls base:

200 g pitted medjool dates
50 g cashews
50 g almonds
10 g shredded coconut 

Mix and pulse all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until well combined. Then roll them into small balls (Ø 2cm) and voilà! 
Roll in shredded coconut, raw cacao, açaí powder, matcha powder, hemp seeds, whatever you have on hand. Store bliss balls in an airtight container & refrigerate.
