600 grams oatmeal flakes
50 grams coconut oil (melted)
100 grams maple syrup
10 grams brown sugar (optional)
60 grams coconut flakes
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
80 grams almonds
40 grams dried cranberries


1. Measure oatmeal flakes, melted coconut
oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, 40 grams coconut
flakes and cinnamon into a large bowl.

2. Stir!!!!

3. Spread mixture out on a baking sheet.

4. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees celsius. Bake 35-40 minutes 
and stir a bit after every 10 minutes until granola is golden.

5. Let granola cool down.

6. Add rest of the coconut flakes, then 
add almonds and cranberries and mix well.
